Co-founding The Modern Company, I combine extensive knowledge of real estate and investment properties with a strategic focus on the premium, super-premium and luxury segments. I have 10 years’ experience in the Portuguese residential market and have handled over €250 million in transaction volume. Before founding TMCo. The Modern Company, I spent seven years as a Senior Consultant and Private Office Advisor at JLL  Residential, as one of the company’s top producers, ranking among the top three consultants with the highest average turnover in Lisbon over the last five years. In 2025, I was named its Ambassador Residential Department Consultant.

What sets me apart in this sector is my ability to integrate my academic background in Arts and Foreign Languages at St. Petersburg College (USA) and Architecture at the University of Lisbon + École d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville into my work in real estate. My academic background is complemented by executive training courses in Real Estate Consulting and Luxury Real Estate Sales Management through ISEG.

My commercial approach is based on a deep understanding of a property’s aesthetics and identity, combined with an understanding of its history and market trends, as well as the ability to structure and manage complex transactions. My academic and personal background, spanning Portugal, Brazil, the United States and France — having been in Portugal for almost two decades — is a distinguishing factor that enables me to understand and navigate different business cultures, ensuring strategic deal closures and effective transactional conversion.
